I go to the Potomic Vocal Institute for voice lessons and I LOVE it!
I had to early leave because of outside circumstances but from what I have seen this is a good program because your teachers and supervisors truly care about you and want you to succeed. I can confidently say that no matter what background you may have, if you come here wanting to work hard and better your life by becoming an EMT you can. The staff are very educated, hard working, and they tell us a lot of relevant experience so we can know what to expect in the workplace and how to excel. One example is they offer tutoring and life skills to help you if you don't know how to study or if you struggle in some areas. Another example is that during orientation they gave us a Q&A with a firefighter who already went through the process starting at theWest link Career Center. Then they plan to bring Paramedics so you can get experience on the ambulance and get a job right after the program- there are so many benefits plus a stipend. You just have to know if this program is for you. I felt like I could learn a lot and succeed here.
