pink trap

I bought a red couch for about 1000$.... it took them 10hrs to deliver it..... once arrived the delivery guy just dropped the box saying have a good day..... I cant put the couch together because the pieces are not good..... I went and bought a drill and a machine to break screws and still can't put the couch up.... so I called asking for someone to come and install it and they cant do anything about it apparently it aint there problem no more
