Love this mall. It's huge and has so many shops. Definitely need a few days to properly explore it. Only thing that can be improved are the signages. It can be hard to find certain shops. Once, we wanted to find Dolly Dim Sum but the sign shows the opposite direction. Also most shops open quite late. Will be good if coffee chains can open slightly earlier.

If you don't like crowds, don't come here. Especially if you're driving, on a weekend. We came here on a Friday afternoon and it was really crowded. Traffic was horrendous. Mall was super crowded. It's a very touristy place. If you want to go up the petronas towers, do purchase tickets in advance as they get filled up for the week really quick so they were not open for purchase. Parking was very expensive. It was 9rm for such a short time.
