Walked in and asked for a very specific topic (feminism and the Arab spring, especially with regards to Syria and the civil war). The employee went straight to the shelf and was able to show me 4-5 books that matched my topic. Some of the books were pricey, but I searched on Amazon for the book I ended up purchasing for $22 and found it for $70!
