Visited for the holidays in a Thursday evening. It was beautiful and packed. I was so impressed with the reproductions of DC monuments. They were beautiful and detailed. Those were worth the visit. But the garden is also gorgeous to visit.
The atmosphere is why you come to Ciel Social Club. It's beautiful inside and outside. Though, outside was smaller than I expected, it was decorated and had nice views of the Capital and we saw the sun setting. Tre was our waiter and we got food & drink recs from him. Drinks were good, the food was OK. Service was great for us.
