There is a long list of why this is the most popular park in Downtown Bellevue.
Highlights:
1. Easy to walk and jog, circular track.
2. Lots of duckies!
3. A beautiful widespread artificial fountain.
4. Adjacency to Bellevue Square.
5. Plenty of benches to sit.
6. Leash-free area for dogs.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the amazing Bellevue Downtown skyline at night that gets reflected in the water pool at the centre of this park.

Avalon Bellevue is very nicely located near to all the important areas in the Downtown area - Bellevue Square, Bellevue library and Downtown park (this is a longish walk but doable) to name a few. It also close to I-405 without feeling noisy due to being a block away from the highway. The best part is its maintenance and staff. I really appreciate their willingness to communicate and keep residents informed about changes in their operations. Jen in particular has been helpful from the very start in our case. Will definitely recommend the property to prospective renters looking for condo-style apartments.
