4 stars since I have yet to see it in the evening. The park is a great idea and should be done elsewhere. The only issue is it's very hot and little to no shade, so only spend a short time visiting the park. Some trellis with vine plants to provide shade would be a great addition. Definitely going back in the evening if I have time.

Still under restoration but very impressive.
To imagine this was built. Need to see at night it's on a very busy, loud street. Worth walking over from the Grand Bazaar. No tickets are required.
