Are you kidding me.?! Why...? How....? Was I able to drive by this 'food emporium' for so long and not investigate?!? I lost a friend, earlier this year, who told me he would bring his family here for breakfast...Thinking of him, and praying for his wife and children during this holiday season, brought me to the restaurant in his memory and honor. Well worth the wait. The space, ambiance,and location...all work together. A great wait staff, with the ladies up front keeping the 'restaurant locomotive' going at a steady cruise, giving the team time to clean up fully between customers....all makes a huge difference! Thank you, Flap Jacks! ! Cannot wait to return this holiday season!
