I avoid leaving negative reviews but our last dinner in Minori unfortunately was here and it was such a disappointment. We were hungry early so we went and the waiter was incredibly welcoming. We asked for one order of caprese after debating between the bruschetta and that and he suggested he would let us try a small portion of the bruschetta as well. The caprese came on two plates but we thought he just split it up for us. The bruschetta was okay, not great, but we thought it was free. The pasta came and the pomodoro smelled like Chef Boyardee. The menu claims the pasta is homemade but it is definitely not. At the end he came to the table with a small piece of paper and handwritten notes that we couldn’t read claiming the bill was 90 euros. We didn’t understand where the cost came from as they didn’t match the menu and he had charged us for the bruschetta and two orders of the caprese. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. We had much better meals for less.
The service was incredible and it was such a cool atmosphere sitting outside under the vines. The wine list was large and the scallop starter was delicious and light. For dinner my fiancé and I shared the gnocchi with anchovies and the gnocchi with ragú. Both were so tasty but my favorite was the anchovy gnocchi!
