This is the most popular place in the city for families. It has plenty of things to keep families and tourists entertained.
There are plenty of good quality food outlets, bars, clubs and on the other side, you have a maritime museum, sea life, Madam tasaud and zoo.
There are plenty of rides for kids, and strolling around cockle Bay wharf is pretty common 😀.
The Chinese garden is a beautiful place for all ages to visit
During Australia Day and New Year, this becomes a magnet place for families to watch the fireworks and other entertainment comes with it.
We love going back again and again.
Hope you all have a good time there.

This is one of the highlights of our Canberra visit.
We went after sunset, thinking we might miss the best sunset, but the night view was mesmerising as well.
This is one of the getaway places where you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy the view.
I could imagine the view during air balloning season or any air show.
I think the weather was kind with us :).
It was clear sky with excellent visibility that made our day.
Have a good time all.

What a place!... Vibe was amazing, and food is as tasty as ever.
The good thing about these foods is that they are not spicy. You can feel the taste of the meat.
A food heaven for meat lover and those specially like barbecue lamb and beef skewers.
We went there at about 7 pm and parked our car outside.
You would need to walk inside the alleyway. Some spots along the way are poorly lit.
Lightning on this restaurant and around this area are beautifully lit.
You occasionally see power outages, but they have generators to j
Keep things going.
We ordered lamb skewers, plenty of them :).
A famous kabouli pilao and namkeen gost ( lamb meat).
Salad and raita as well.
We ask them to bring fresh bread once we are about to finish our bread as we want to eat food with warm bread.
A tip here... Food tastes better when you eat with warm bread. 😋
Food was simple with minimal spices, and no chilli.
They give you a very tiny plate of spice powder mix, which you can pour on the foods to spice up a flavour.
The good things about these food, you don't feel heavy after eating it, though these foods are very rich as they use animal soft fat.
We have had green tea.
I wouldn't recommend any cold drinks for anyone with these foods.
I wouldn't recommend this place for families even though they have a family sitting place.
The atmosphere is well suited for male.
Would encourage all to go wearing comfortable clothes and sit down on takht to enjoy the foods on the traditional way.
If you are interested in good filling tasty food with a relatively good price, which you can enjoy with your friends, then this place is one of the best in town.
Enjoy all.
Some photos we took at that time. I'm sharing with you all.
