Blue Pringles

I ordered food which never arrived. When called restaurant asked about my delivery they very rude and not polite staff shouted at me that driver delivered food already and handed to some man. I leave on my own and I never received delivery. I'm really sick and I cant leave my home to buy the food so i Ordered something for today and for tomorrow. He said I'm lying and that I am a thief. At the end he said that they do not have time for stupid talk and he hung up. They charged almost £30, didn't deliver the food and insulted me.
