*****PURSUE AT YOUR OWN RISK*****
Called the salon for a guest at the hotel I work for and the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. They clearly do not want any business from people willing to pay for service. I called to inquire for appointment times, introduced myself and was told "Have them call on their own", then the person proceeded to hang up on me. As appalled as I was I called back to make sure he was not kidding. I called back and said I am not sure if you realized that you hung up on me but I am trying to get availability for a guest. The same guy on the phone answered and said "we have nothing" and hung up on me again. In my years of working in hotels and working with small business's in the local area I have never experienced such ungrateful and rude behavior from a local business. I will make sure that everyone knows in the industry to not send people here. If you want horrible customer service pursue calling them at your own risk. If you treat me this way, this is how I am sure you treat clients or anyone else that comes through to this establishment or calls.
