For me, it is the biggest mall in Davao so far, and it's much much wider .Lots of restaurants. And BIG parking lots. Has BDO bank inside.. fountain every hour.Thier food court is wider, but there's more room for improvement.not enough choices for a meal. They have viking and starbucks, 711 and etc.

It's kinda New building ,lots of nice store inside but somehow they're not completely complete.. They have nice cinema ( they have a recliner comfty chair) has small Metro,Big starbucks inside 🥰. It's in front of IT Park , [Busses, and Van Terminal ,night market, Etc.] So basically getting a ride,ATM or place to eat is not a problem when you live near the place.
