Ferry and Speed boat leave for Koh Lan Island from here. The timings are mentioned in the image.
Tickets can be bought directly before boarding the ferry which costs 30 baht per person. One has to go straight to the end of the pier. The Speed boat tickets are 150 and 300 per person based on the beach of Koh Lan to which you want to go. This is available at the starting of the pier.
There is a lot of sitting space for tourists and the passage is covered.
The only thing disappointing is that there is no toilet nearby, if there then it is paid.

It is spread over a huge area. Rows are marked properly so that you won't have issues finding items. Staff are very helpful and they assist you as you demand.
There is not much discount on the products, but the items are reasonably priced.
It has an in-house cafe cum restaurant which is self served.
I went there on a Sunday and found the place to be not so crowded. I had Chicken Momo and Chicken Burnt Garlic noodles from the cafe which tasted awesome.
Planning to visit again.
