Their service is super bad and not stable AT ALL, I usually order from them for delivery, sometimes karak sometimes food, and in the cases I order karak in, they usually don’t allow an order of a small karak since it’s for 2 dirhams only, and so I’m forced to order the medium karak even if I’m not drinking it all, and that’s okay, but today, I call them to order the usual medium karak, and they say that I can’t order only that anymore, and I have to reach 10 dirhams at least, yeah maybe that’s logical if I was far away and if delivery will take the employee’s time, but not when I live 2 steps from their shop. And what do they say when I tell them so, they say ONLY because I live nearby (which is the building g right next to them) they could make it an 8 dirham minimum, meaning I’ll have to buy 2 medium karak, even tho it’s so obvious I’m 1 person, so how should I drink 2-3 times my drinking portion. So even tho they have the only karak I drink, I can’t support them on such dumb rules. Which btw wasn’t even mentioned the last time I ordered, about 1-2 weeks ago. And they claim this was an old rule they never mentioned to me and that’s it.

Update: I ended up ordering the 2 medium karak cuz my brother came and he wanted karak too, but guess what, it was burnt, like the milk had the burned taste in it.
