Whoever thought to put a cafe in Nordstrom is very clever for two reasons. Number one it creates an excuse to enter Nordstrom for a quick bite to eat. Number two if you’re already shopping in Nordstrom it makes it so easy to stay longer. The food is yummy and comes out quickly. I’ve tried a few things - the salmon, clam chowder. Tomato soup, and Caesar salad. All were good. Prices are fair, perhaps a pinch high due to the location. Overall, it’s a satisfying experience.
Cute cafe with friendly staff. The drinks are OK and prices are in line with other cafes in the area. We ordered a Chai Latte and Caramel Mocha. The Chai Latte had the spice, but lacked depth of flavor. The Caramel Mocha was OK - sweet but nothing special. They ask you how much tip you'd like to leave, then input it for you, which is awkward and unncessary. This isn't the closest cafe to my house, so I probably won't return.
Decent cafe, but the staff wasn't the most professional. We were deciding what we wanted and someone else entered the store and the barista asked us to get out of line until we were ready. Then the other barista (who was likely in his 20s) called my husband "bud". This isn't anything too serious, but it helps convey the general lack of warmth and intimacy I felt in this cafe. It felt professional with everyone there working on laptops or having meetings. The coffee was decent - we ordered an Eggnog Cafe (3/5) and Cappuccino (3/5). Depending where you live, the location is out of the way so I wouldn't recommend going here unless it's the closest or most convenient for you.
Quintessential Seattle coffee with strong coffee and indie rock music in the background. We went around 4:30 PM on a Saturday and it was quite full. Lots of people on their laptops, a few socializing - creating a more studios, work-oriented atmosphere. The Cappuccino was decent, much less milk than other local shops, but it was still ok. With several options close-by, I wouldn't rank this the top choice, but it's a good choice overall.
This theater is great! They typically offer 3 of the most popular current movies, so the selection is limited, but it's usually the movies you wanted to see anyways. The interior is three floors with three separate movies. The entry level theater is the largest and usually playing the most popular movie, with the two upper theaters being much smaller and intimate. The concessions are small, but what you'd expect - popcorn, candy, soda. Pro tip, visit the theater on Tuesday for $6 tickets! Make sure you arrive 15-20 minutes early if you don't purchase ahead of time because it's assigned seats and they usually fill up.
