The Ritz is not the Ritz any more...
Went early December for a double espresso, got a filter coffee. When reclaiming, the waiter made a long face, run away without any excuse.
Just now, called to book the Brunch. "Got the answer, the restaurant staff is busy right now, can you call back pls?" Well, I would expect to get called back.
Such things did not happen in the Ritz in the past. Its time to improve your service levels.
