Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Qs was flavorful, and all the jellies are cooked perfectly. I'm kinda sick of drinking the competitor next door. This was the perfect change.
Feels great inside with its layout. Tastes as good as the houston version.

Great value and fresh food. Prices are fairly decent.
Pretty interior with all kinds of special art to enjoy. People were deloading truckloads of fresh veggies and ingredients.
I got the El Caballo which came with a little bit of everything from good grilled shrimp to dry pork/lechon, to the highly recommended pupusa the waitress told me its a signature. Its a ton of meat for $14.
Salsa was not my profile.
Service was very slow, especially since there was one front of the house. There was at most 3 other individuals eating on a random weekday and our food took over 25 minutes.
Pupusa good, everything else was meh, I would not go back since pupusas are not my personal kind of food

I think there is parking behind the main entrance, I parked in some random street just fine. I enjoy the art and interior style. Tons of power outlets and its relaxing to sit at the bar.
Fairly good coffee, I got the vanilla and cinnamon latte with oat milk. They use Califia oat milk. Coffee felt more on the milky side then coffee, another shot or something to make it more balanced would be good. Beans give me west oak type flavor, which is considered a good bean but not my preference.
With the good barista, fast wifi, and plenty of outlets. I may come back to see if the coffee is better

A SOLID drink. I got the maple brown sugar latte with oatmilk. And each piece of the latte just stands out yet blends into perfection! No burn, smooth. And good sweetness to it!
I would for sure go back to get some studying done!

Good place for working ( 10 down and 10 up internet speeds). Chairs are okay. Parking in the front and back just fine.
The matcha strawberry drink was quite tasty, the strawberries light and very freshly done as far as I can tell. Not artificial tasting. Props to the matcha for not being super chalky. Oat milk is $1 upcharge, same goes for other alternative milks. Total being $8 and change after tip.
