We’ve booked two rooms - one suite and one deluxe room. And we’ve stated that we want double beds in the rooms. We’ve got twins

The other thing is that the phone in the room is for decoration only - no one picks up! So I had to go to the lobby to ask someone to come up. And that is absolutely not ok

And the mix up with the breakfast which was included in the travel voucher. Wasn’t in the system
