Wilderness Solo

Poor service with return of expensive boots that failed after a few months. Told by tiso online to go into nearest shop to drop off for repair or replacement. Aberdeen staff member said couldn't find sale in their database and so couldn't accept them. Accepted after showing email receipt, told I would be updated on progress shortly. Didn't happen. Two months later, and after several emails to them, given credit note for cost of boots instead of money back. Some young staff quite rude and lacking knowledge of stock. High prices and more staff than customers. Looks like this place is doomed.
