I took off a star only because they pump a scent through the whole hotel that is not allergy friendly. I had the worst reaction to it. Not only is the scent in the air but also in the handsoap, lotion, bodywash, and shampoo. You can't get away from the smell.
The staff was wonderful! The food, so good! The room service was suberb. We really enjoyed our time here.

The staff were wonderful to work with. The venue was just what we needed, small and beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained. The inside is like a small chapel that has great lighting, lots of windows that open for a cross breeze and clean bathrooms.
They provide a checklist for you to clean up afterwards and provide brooms, mops, buckets, and vacuums to do so. The only draw back is the mops buckets and brooms are so filthy they don't clean they just push the mess around. The closet it is all kept in smells like vomit. If I knew it was that bad I would have brought my own cleaning supplies.
When you are done with your clean up you call a number and a nice security officer comes and checks things out and then locks it all up.
