-Very rude receptionists. One was called Augusto, and the second was a woman with a ponytail with green eyes, she was being aggressive and very unpleasant. They made a mistake with our parking fee and instead of trying to fix it they said “Errors happen”, I said that if they made a mistake they should have fixed it and apologised, that's how customer service works. They started talking in Spanish and insulting us, but we both speak Spanish so we understood everything. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.
-It’s impossible to sleep past 10AM as the cleaners have a competition of who's going to slam the door louder. It was non-stop slamming of the doors, every 5 minutes during room service.
-We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have the room cleaned on the first day as room service came very early, yet they still charged us a pet cleaning fee for 2 days, not 1.
-The bottle with conditioner was almost empty.
-It was very hard to connect the TV to YouTube or Netflix, I think SmartTV should be a standard nowadays, especially in 5 star hotels
