Literally since I moved to sparkhill/Strafford Road and changed my doctors from Lee bank Edgbaston to this place 🤦🏾‍♂️. Can you imagine I’m still trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for the last year now. It’s always the same story with these receptionist, most of the time you either on a queue waiting for appointment on the phone but never seem to get one because it’s always call tomorrow because today we booked . I sometimes call 7.57 before 8 and I never ever had an appointment till today. They don’t have a policy where you can call and make an appointment in the future, it’s always call early in the morning for slots.

I advice you if you moved into the neighborhood, try finding alternative GPS that see their patients.
