Room was decent. Wasn’t spotless but was reasonable I guess. Decor was pretty. Staff were friendly. TV was old and did not include any streaming services or the ability to use my own devices.
My issues came with checkout. When I went to repack my bag I noticed a pair of headphones and a gaming controller missing. Never used them in the room because I couldn’t connect my console to their TV. But somehow they were not there. I do a detailed video recording of all my rooms when I check out, so them being “lost” is not likely.
Then upon checkout the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $150+ over 2 different transactions. Couldn’t even tell you want they were trying to charge me for, because they never sent a final bill.
I just concluded there was some dishonest people working here and I refuse to give them my card information for reimbursement.
