Rude employees all around. They didn't seem to care about anything. They showed zero manners whatsoever, even after trying to be super polite. The looks very annoyed, impatient, and acted like they were everything with a bag of chips. When we were in line one of the employees literally shoved us out the way to get behind the counter. She had the audacity to proceed giving dirty looks and scoffing at us.
They also got our order wrong multiple times. (We needed six hot chocolates and a coffee.) The kids hot chocolate was boiling hot. Too hot for little kids. Very upsetting. Usually Sea World does a lot better. Every other store here is great service. Hopefully it gets fixed. Edit: I forgot to mention that it was super dirty. Trash, dirt, etc. . Also very limited menu.

Well organized. But um... it reeked like mold and dirty feet. I'm sorry but the smell was so suffocating I had to exit the store. Not much more that I can say.
