Read the bad reviews as they're all true!! The hotel acts as if they will help but they do nothing. This hotel desperately needs a renovation, including some management changes. It has alot of potential but needs replacing of all furniture and a proper kitchen with proper food. Having stayed at 6 other hotels in Lara beach, this one's food is the worst ever. Furniture etc is also the worst and totally uncomfortable.
What we did not like is that the cats are allowed into the restaurants and sit at your feet - this is very unhygienic.
There are a few positives such as the pool, hammam, sauna, steam room. Most of the staff are good too.

Excellent service and prompt responses from Taxicentrale - our flights were delayed for over 3 hours and service was still awaiting us on time, with a friendly driver. Will definitely be using for all my future trips!
