When entering the hotel we walked by a group of staff chatting amongst themselves and using foul language. We were with a small child and found this unacceptable and unprofessional.
You have to pay for parking (20eu) and leave your car keys.
The room was nice but haven't been dusted in a while. The mini fridge and mirrors had a thick layer of dust. 🤮
There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. There were no extra duvets (only 1 duvet for 3 people).
The reception was apologetic but nothing more. We asked to at least not charge us for the parking but they refused.
Definitely Not a 5 star experience we'd hoped for.
