On March 23, 2023. Through uber, I ordered 2 chicken and bacon pepper corn ranch salads. I received the salad with rice in it. I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and cannot have rice. I called the store the next day where the employe told me I would need to speak to the manager. I said ok I will call her. I spoke to her on March 30th were she told me to come in because I told her I had pictures to show her that the salads were wrong. I came in on April 1st, 2023. After showing her the receipt and the picture she told me it wasn't her store. Her store isn't 2867 Ellesmere. Her store is 2863. She sent me across the stree to the other subway telling me it was them. When I went there, their address is 2872. I went back to her as said this is the address because it is showing the location in the centenary Hospital. I told her she has two addresses for her location. Either way she told me she couldn't give me the money back because I would have had to come the next day to get a refund. I told her I couldn't have come the next day because I go to school in the mornings and work in the evens so the weekend is my only time I can come. She then contiuned to say she cannot refund me, the system wouldn't allow her. I told her so wasted my money on two salads i couldn't eat. She srugged her shoulders. I asked for the number for head office. She lied and told me there is no head office. I would like to konw if I could get conpensation for going salads and for her sending me on a wild goose chase with the location of the store.
