The ice skating session doesn’t start until later on in the day. Went there at 9 Am expecting to start the day with a skating session at the beautiful park but was shocked that the first session doesn’t start until 11 am. Unfortunately had to skip the experience as I did not have any of that information in advance and instead just wasted my time.

Visited back in 2020 and the hotel was great. Rooms were in great condition and all the facilities were well maintained. Considering it's a new hotel, we had high expectations especially being a part of the Hyatt regency group, however, we were let down by the absolutely awful interactions with the front desk employee. We have booked 4 rooms and we've requested for them to be next to each other or at least on the same floor considering that we are a family. To our surprise upon check- in none of the rooms were even on the same floor and you needed key access to visit other floors. We asked the employee upon check in to fix this issue but he responded in a non appropriate way and was unwilling to help. Terrible management and staff, good hotel.
