Reluctant to give and seems hard for them to give drinking water in the room.

Reception never reply to call, we have to explain what we want before transfer the line, we have to explain twice every time.
They ask us to come down to reception to receive food delivery. The do not allow delivery to bring to the room, other receptionest allowed, not every one followin one rule.
