This public/private shared space is a rarity in New Orleans and a breath of fresh air. Shops sharing an indoor courtyard. Grad a coffee at Chicory Cafe and enjoy people watching.
Working here was not a good experience. In the last month, five people out of a team 15.
Disorganization, low accountability for quality of work, and a disregard for safety describe this outfit. I cannot recommend anyone work on the house building team unless the culture is revamped.
Was charged $75 to rollover my 401(k) which is usurious and unconscionable.
The mission is noble and the intentions are pure, now I wish the execution can follow.

Small gallery of local artists: painters, collage, sculpture, photography, pottery, glasswork.
Great place for families to come and play horseshoe, watch their kids on the playground, or get in a game of pickup street ball on a full sized concrete court. It's not flat enough to throw a ball or Frisbee any considerable distance.
