Receptionists are rude and they never have appointments. When you do get appointments the doctors/nurses are not comprehensive. I had a virus (tested negative for covid) but they wouldn’t do any further tests and told me to go home and treat over the counter which already hadn’t been working for me. On another occasion I had a gynecological issue and they kept directing me to a telehealth nurse and I had to beg to be seen in person. It’s a shame that students have to pay so much money for terrible health care services.
