Very impressed with customer focus. Had an issue on an egg chair that was boxed and couldn’t have been known by the staff. They dealt with brilliantly, the manager was 5* and seemingly tries to set a high standard throughout the store. Leading any staff team these days is far from easy and mistakes will always occur and so it’s a measure of how the problem is remedied and I cannot fault the approach. Delighted with product too. Well done!
