Excellent place for kids n adults. I think an hour is enough to get around everything for a girl who's 3. The trampolines and slides are excellent and the cafeteria. It's not expensive Either for under 5s defo a place to go if you want to have a birthday party too. Love jump heaven !!
Staff in superdrug always willing to assist and help where they can. They also have a great stock of different items and different names/makes. Could never fault superdrug. Especially since they have 2 in Stockport with pharmacists in both x
Only had one phone call asking if they had children's clarithymicin in. The woman was so patronising and unhelpful just said "good luck" in a sarcastic tone knowing full well that there's a shortage on. She could have advised me to re ring my drs surgery and ask them for alternative but no she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Would have expected more from bosden farm estate pharmacy but offey estates pharmacy outdoes that place in everyway. Proper condescending and patronising just by one phone call couldn't even give me advice on what to do next considering my 3 year old needed them.
Lovely staff, no waiting around being told half hour to get a prescription sorted when it takes no longer than 5 minutes to put a prescription together fact. They have their priorities right and usually have most medication in stock unlike other chemists when they always say "tomorrow after 4pm" no take the script to another chemist like Rowlands or ring them first to check if they have it. They will do their utmost to help you.
A nightmare for prescriptions but good for COVID boosters and blood pressure checks. Unless your on a controlled drug they probably won't have your meds in especially children's antibiotics- same with other wells and they don't bother telling you so make sure you get a hard copy of your prescription and not it sent electronically as you'll ring up for them to say "we dont have it" n if you can't get children's liquid clarithymicin or erythromycin anywhere - one thing I learnt is take a trip to mastercall on pepper rd in hazel grove with your green script tell them you have been to every chemist in Stockport n no one has it and they gave it to me from their stash. So to any parent in that desperate and frustrated situation - do the same n if all else fails take the prescription to a n e at stepping hill and they will give it to you there because there is a major shortage of child's antibiotics but when theres a will there's a way 👌💯
