Since forever I have eaten breakfast lunch and dinner hear. I was Shocked. I called to place an order. The person I spoke to said she was new and did not know the menu ? I Asked for the manager or the owner and was told she was alone. The employee said she was new and and did not know how to serve a dinner meal. The employee asked me what did it come with. I explained but no bell was rung in her mind. The employee said I would have to call back in 30 min. When the person who handles dinner will be in. Why are you even open ? This is the worst service ever. Who places a person with no knowledge of the business to be your point person on the phone. This makes no sense. Employee had no sense of urgency or even a want to assist. Simply said call back she was new had no knowledge of the menu and was alone at the store no manager or owner available. I hope this is isolated but after so many years a customer I am done. A business should know better. This careless about operations makes me wonder about everything else.
