This museum has absolutely blown me away. A truly hidden gem of Nottingham. It gives you an accurate picture of where Nottingham is from, where it is at where the City is headed. It has got some very interesting collections and a range of Nottingham history of success. But most important of all are the volunteers who run the place. They are so warm and friendly, their knowledge of their subjects and their passion is moving. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to do more but will definitely be going back and cannot recommend it enough. The Victorian kitchen run special events where you might be able to test a Victorian dish so recommend scanning their website to see what's on before you visit.
For one of the best museum in the world, and having a free entrance makes me feel that it is only right to either donate whatever you can, buys stuff, eat or all of these things for it is still such a lovely place regardless for they don't mind whether you don't do any of these things. they are still very glad to have you visiting. so, this is a decently sized shop inside the science museum. The shop as a fair bit of doodads and thingamajigs but also the odd useful things and a surprisingly large selection of books.

This is a magnificent piece of architecture the level if details and the attention paid to every bits of the building is such a reflection some incredible level of innovation and creativity. But if course boldness. It is beautiful, It is exquisite; it is stunning and it is peacefully relaxing
