Our family have been attending Jump Swim Miami for the last 5 years. I have always found them to be friendly, accommodating and flexible in the administration services. The highly skilled swim teachers tailor the lessons to the children's needs providing them with one on one feedback and suggestions on what to work on next time to the parents. My children have had some tears over the years (5 years is a long time !)however, the staff have always provided a range of useful suggestions to overcome these difficulties 3.
