Fantastic gym! Amazing trainers/ staff, extremely welcoming to new & existing members alike. Heaps of different classes to challenge everyone from beginners to more experienced gym-goers. Each class has dedicated time to explain the class exercises, reps, sets, etc including heart rate - yep everyone gets their own HR monitor to track your progress. Love it & highly recommended!

Perfect place to start teaching your little ones how to swim! Custom swim pool with variable heights & railings for lots of scenarios to keep things fresh (which is key when teaching kids to swim - they get bored easily!)

Staff are lovely both in & out of the pool.

Features an extensive change room for bubs & older kids, including a play area for when you've got more than 1 child to look after. Recommended!
