We signed a year lease here and really enjoyed living here. It's a bit pricey but there's a lot of amenities, such as a dog wash, sauna, gym, mail room, and a roof top terrace. The apartment is pet friendly and the staff are very nice. They're very quick to respond to work orders, though we had put in multiple orders about our washing machine not working, and it still didn't work by the time we moved out. It's difficult to find parking on the street but it's at a great location close to bus stops and the subway.

It's pretty small, but it's big enough for dogs to run around. There's a trash receptacle for all kinds of wastes, and a couple of picnic benches under the trees for people to hang out. A majority of the area is full of sand, so it gets dusty. There's some plants in the perimeter of the dog run, but it's not maintained and they grow pretty tall. There's also no water fountain available, so you'll have to bring your own water for your dog. It's pretty clean though, and there's a couple of balls left behind that you can use.

It was a nice experience to BBQ here. We got one of the seafood combos which was super tasty and it was fun to watch your food to cook right in front of you. They have seats that can also be opened up to store your jackets or bags so they don't capture the smell of the BBQ. The side dishes were also really good. The staff were very helpful and nice. Parking can be hard to find in the area though, and the streets are small.
