Beautiful place for a "lake walk." Had dinner at Reunion Kitchen which was nice and had a great atmosphere. Worth visiting.

Lot's of good shade. A few benches, but I'd recommend bringing a chair. I don't know what a 5 star dog park looks like, but this one is a solid 4.

Update: Sometimes there are puddles which is a big no-no as far as dog parks go. But at least they do "try" to cover them.
