Arts for Learning Maryland, formerly Young Audiences of Maryland, transforms the lives and education of Maryland youth through the arts by connecting educators, professional artists, and communities.
Arts for Learning is a nonprofit organization devoted to enriching the lives and education of Maryland's youth through educational and culturally diverse arts programs. Through Arts for Learning, professional teaching artists from all disciplines partner with educators, schools, and school districts to provide, on average, over 300,000 hours of learning in, through, and about the arts to more than 185,000 Maryland students annually.

PROS: Reasonably priced, nice location, safe area, nice amenities, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, clean and modern building, includes balcony, covered garage parking, pet-friendly (limit is 2 pets) with dog park and community events. Shady Grove metro is nearby, convenience store (7-11) right outside/ next to the building and Maintenance seems to respond quickly to requests. Resort-style Pool, media theater, lounge with billiards, courtyard with fire pit, fitness center.
CONS: Apparently you must use Verizon for your internet and television service and, per some residents, the installation can be delayed and a bit annoying. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet and $50/month per pet.
