We went there without a reservation and sat at the bar. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic, it is a mix between modern and cozy.

The service was one of the most friendly I experienced. Probably luck, but from the moment we walked in until we left all in my group of three felt welcome.

A restaurant review wouldn't be useful if it didn't mentioned the food. Rest assured, the food was amazing. They have a lot of exotic meats and twists to classical dishes in the menu. We ended up ordering five different dishes for three people plus two desserts. The tartar was very good. Their homemade cheesecake has blue cheese in it, and if that doesn't scare you off, it is really worth trying. Very very tasty.

I went for the tasting menu and was not disappointed. Every plate was a tasty example of Italian cuisine with a twist.
Al Papagallo, as one can expect, is a pricy restaurant, it is, however worth the money in my opinion. If you like experimenting new food and not having to worry what to order, I recommend the tasting menu paired with some dry red wine.

This place is visited by a good crowd and the people who work there are all very nice.
It has everything you might expect from a bar, including Frangelico, my favorite schnapps.
They offer some fun and interesting events, even a couple focused at the gaming community.

The drinks are pretty good and the bar is very comfortable.
One of my recommendations is the Basil Smash, specially summer, it is very refreshing.
