Following a lengthy and costly renovation, Old First is a spacious and inviting sanctuary with a Reform Church history. A research project into the donors of the stained glass has revealed that some 400+ enslaved people created the wealth and status of the families. Beneath each window, plaques record the names of those known, and the presence of those whose names were unrecorded. Pastor Cheri is a passionate leader bringing purpose and inspiration to a historic Christian beacon.

Going back to working out after a LONG break. There was a lot going on, people of all ages using machines and exercise spaces. Notable attention to hygiene practices.

This run is well maintained and friendly, with a separate enclosure for small dogs. My large dog loves it.

Currently hosting Middle Collegiate Church on Sundays, this is a beautiful, modern, intimate space for worship, with three levels - a social Hall and bathrooms, accessible by elevator or stairs below, all fully wheelchair accessible. And the Sanctuary has a balcony for additional seating.

The gym is a voting site for all the Elections. Meanwhile, the after school program operates merrily nearby...
The overhead air conditioning is incredibly loud but effective, making communication difficult - when turned off, everyone looks around, like, did the earth stand still?
