I made an appointment three weeks in advance to get a haircut. I got a call 20 minutes before my appointment letting me know the stylist would be 30 minutes late. When I said to the gentleman who called to inform me that this was unprofessional his response was “ well life happens” I said, that’s your response and he said “yup.” The unprofessionalism is insane. Proves what kind of business they are “running”
