Yes our manager is pretty strict but it's all for our good. The park is very safe. If residents themselves don't follow the rules by keeping their house tidy and kept up, and adults and kids respectful of others they will definitely get a warning or worse. Thats why the park is a place if rest and you feel safe taking a walk in the afternoon or morning.
If issues arise the manager is very willing to work with you. She and her supervisor helped with directing me to the right resources I needed to get some things straightened out for my home. I am forever grateful for them.
Overall if your willing to respect the rules you can live a very peaceful life here. Love my park.
