The worst receptionist ever. I had an appointment with an allergist in July, then it was rescheduled to Aug but I kept getting reminder to come in July even after they confirmed it was cancelled.

Came August, I was on the way there when I called them to confirm, and the receptionist insisted that there was no appointment at that time. Apparently the allergist didn't come because "there was no appointment with the doctor scheduled on that day", but when I gave her my healthcard number, she found my appointment.

I don't get it, they either use a really bad system or the receptionist is just plain blind. I had to rent a car and leave during work for nothing, it was so disappointing.
