I warmly recommend Ananda as a personal trainer. I found her 12 weeks program very valuable for different reasons. Not only she helped me to reach my goals (get fitter, loose a few kilos, build a realistic training routine) but she also helped me to find my limits when exercising. I went to see Ananda because I was frustrated as I wasn't getting much results from my trainings and even ended up getting blessures. Thanks to Ananda, I now feel much beter when I can push myself more, when to stop and how to adopt the right position. This insight is very helpful and I now get much more results and pleasure from my trainings. Ananda is a very empathic person, who visibly enjoys her work and, in my view, can truly help you to get what you need/want.
