Best ballroom ever! Highly recommended, service and attention provided is amazing! Everybody was great, Isa in the office, Yanet, Cinthia, and the whole crew that assisted that I do not recall the names. Yerika the Master of Ceremony was very attentive to everything and planned out the party in the best way possible. Also, on the event day, Captain Raphael and his crew were constantly verifying that close attention was given to every single detail and the food was delicious!!
Of course it wouldn’t have been a party without the music and David the DJ was amazing he made sure the party was always going and played all the songs my daughter wanted.
Lexis was incredible to say the least, from the first day, over one year until the day of the party, and constantly making sure with great effort and extra patience, that all the details were covered and taken care, providing a once in a lifetime experience for the spectacular day when my daughter’s Quince was a real DREAM COME TRUE!!! Thank you SO much for making us feel SPECIAL all the time, as this event was very emotional to us!!! We are so happy to have chosen Royal Palace for our beautiful fairytale party and we are forever grateful!!!
