Went for a bday party but I was disappointed. The place is dirty and the ball pit had a bunch of broken balls inside. The equipment is filthy and gross. I feel like it’s never cleaned. The party room that was rented out was squished even though there were two rooms rented for the party. No space to comfortably walk through the rented rooms because of the layout and how they pack chairs in.
It seems like this place went downhill because they stopped trying since it became popular.
The place is PACKED. There is no safe limit.
The toddler area is tiny. Big kids will have fun regardless but it’s not safe to have so many kids cramped in the space running into each other. One kid got hurt because there’s not enough room for so many kids to run around & unfortunately he got bumped in the busy crowd of kids & fell back and hit his head on the concrete because the foam mats don’t cover enough floor space.
