My husband and I got married at Ballroom at the Ben on 1/28/23 and the entire event was SO well thought out and the process was seamless. From the start, Emily H. was responsive and so helpful in thinking through things that may need to be done/providing advice in situations where we were torn between more than one idea. She was so nice and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of before the wedding day. Ott was also SO on top of things!! He ran our rehearsal and was able to corral all of our bridal party together to make sure everyone understood their places and when to walk on the day-of the wedding. You could tell he is very experienced in running events and I felt we were in safe, trusted hands the entire time. On the day-of the wedding, he was in contact with our florist, wedding planner, photographer, and everyone in between to make sure things were running smoothly. He greeted us and our parents and made them feel comfortable in the bridal suite when we were all waiting to go down the aisle. Throughout the reception he was attentive to our guests and (if anything did go wrong) we had no idea!! The entire event ran smoothly, and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone commented on the venue, food, and of course, our french bulldog ice sculpture in honor of our little frenchie. We received many compliments about how unique certain things were (chocolate shots in the dessert room and our first dance on the dancefloor while everyone overlooked from the balcony) This was an absolutely amazing wedding and I'm so glad I chose Ballroom at the Ben to host it.
